Refund Policy & Purchase Terms

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Sale. By placing an order through this website, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.


1. Customer Acknowledgment and Agreement

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agreed to this Refund Policy prior to checkout.

  • You understand that refunds are limited and conditional.

  • You agree that opened or tampered products are not eligible for refunds.

  • You accept that refund eligibility is subject to inspection and verification.

Your electronic acceptance of these terms constitutes a binding agreement.


2. Strict 30-Day Refund Request Deadline

All refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the original purchase date.

  • The purchase date is defined as the date the order is successfully placed.

  • Requests submitted after 30 calendar days will be denied without exception.

  • Delivery date, transit delays, or personal circumstances do not extend this deadline.

No exceptions will be made.


3. Condition of Returned Products (Unopened Requirement)

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to products that are:

  • Completely unused;

  • Unopened;

  • In original condition;

  • In original packaging;

  • Fully sealed with all shrink wrap, tamper seals, security labels, and protective materials intact.

If the packaging has been opened, resealed, cut, punctured, torn, damaged, marked, or altered in any manner, the product is automatically ineligible for refund.

Products that cannot be resold as new are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.


4. Return Authorization Required

Customers must obtain written return authorization prior to sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or discarded.

Return authorization does not guarantee refund approval.


5. Inspection, Documentation, and Final Determination

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

We reserve the right to:

  • Photograph and document the condition of returned merchandise;

  • Compare returned items against shipment records;

  • Reject returns that do not strictly comply with this Policy.

Refund eligibility is determined solely after inspection. Our determination is final.

If a return fails inspection:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • The item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense or responsibly discarded.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or tampered packaging;

  • Used products;

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase;

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse;

  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to product defect;

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer;

  • Failure to review product descriptions;

  • Shipping delays outside our control;

  • Refused deliveries;

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.


7. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs;

  • Proper packaging of return shipments;

  • Providing valid tracking information.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


8. Refund Processing

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Non-recoverable payment processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law.

  • Refunds may take 5–14 business days to process after approval.

We are not responsible for processing delays by financial institutions.


9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • This Refund Policy,

  • Proof of customer agreement at checkout,

  • Order confirmation records,

  • Shipment confirmation and delivery verification,

  • Product condition documentation,

may be submitted to the payment processor as evidence of policy acceptance and fulfillment.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute illegitimate chargebacks;

  • Restrict future purchases associated with disputed transactions;

  • Pursue recovery of funds where permitted by law.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
